a) Import documents

  • 1.Marine cargo insurance policy               
  • 2.Invoice                                 
  • 3.Packing list     
  • 4.Bill of lading
    • 4.1 Airway bill       
    • 4.2 Truck/Delivery receipt
    • 4.3 Railway bill                     

b) Claim notification letter by the owner of the product

  • 5.Notice of claim                 
  • 6.Claim note                                   

c) Important documents (Evidence of damage product)

  • 7.Survey report or DMC or Truck receipt or Delivery receipt               
  • 8.NG report or Q.C. report                                     
  • 9.Wharf survey note / DMC 
        
Remark Insured should submit the following a), b), and/or c) documents to the Insurer for claim indemnity  

 

Payment of Claims
 

The Company will settle the claim indemnification within 15 working days upon receipt of all relevant claim documentation from, and, the complete & signed Loss Acceptance Form by the Insured.
